PIRALU PRE-INSULATED ALUMINIUM PANEL


1 PIRALU is a panel of Poly-isocyanurate(PIR) rigid foam sheeted on both sides with 60~200μm aluminiun which is coated with protective lacquer.
2 Standard panels come in 3,000mm(L) x 1,200mm(W) with 20mm or 30mm thicknesses.
3 It is easy to install ducting using PIRALU panels.  It is also easy to maintain and hence saves costs.

It can be used to link with traditional ducting and its equipment.
5 Suitable for applications of ventilation, heating and air-conditioning systems.

Characteristics & Advantages
1 With the best K= 0.020 W/m.k (compliance with ENE92 202 standard), it provides excellent and continuous thermal insulation in all the points of installation.

The ducts built with PIRALU panels can resist high positive or negative pressures of 1,000 Pa ~ 1,400Pa.
3 The ducts built with PIRALU acquire a great resistance and rigidity.
4 Light, but very resistant:  Its weight is equal to 1/8 ~1/10 of GI ducts with insulation.  Therefore, it is economic to support.  one each 3 meter.
5 Thanks to its aluminium surfaces, the air is very clean in the ducting.  Therefore, PIRALU panels are suitable for the Clean Rooms.

PIRALU ducts can use either flanges or male & female fit for cross-joints.  It provides excellent seal.

Easy to build.  The installation is very straightforward.  It is more a case of assembling rather than constructing the ducting.
